Do you want to be a part of something life-changing?
We need you!
Be a part of reaching women facing unplanned pregnancies throughout the greater Cabarrus and Mecklenburg County communities by partnering with our Centers. Your partnership promotes the sanctity of human life, helps protect the unborn, and demonstrates the love of Christ to women and families in our community.
Volunteer
Every day, volunteers at our Centers in Concord and Charlotte support women facing unplanned pregnancies in our community. We provide training and flexible volunteer opportunities, including roles for bilingual advocates, to help share the love of Christ with our clients. Whether you can serve one day a week or one day a month, you can offer hope, encouragement, and practical support to women searching for answers. The following are some of the volunteer roles regularly needed at our Centers. If you are interested in volunteering, please complete the Volunteer Application and reference forms and return them to Jackie Selles, Operations Director.
Advocates meet one-on-one with patients experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, providing compassionate support, encouragement, and accurate information.
Administrative Team Members play a vital role in the ministry by preparing mailings, assisting with office tasks, and supporting special projects. You may choose to help with ongoing administrative needs or volunteer as needed for special projects.
Our Board Members play an active role in every area of the Centers’ ministry. The Board meets monthly to help ensure CWC faithfully carries out its mission and vision of serving women facing unplanned pregnancies throughout the greater Cabarrus County and University City communities.
If you are interested in serving as a Board Member, please complete the Board Application and reference forms and return them to Jackie Selles, Operations Director.
Help maximize the impact of every financial donation by providing in-kind gifts or professional services. Your generosity allows the Center to direct more resources toward life-saving ministry needs, including medical supplies, client resources, and essential services. Whether you can provide office supplies, maintenance assistance, legal counsel, or another specialized service, your support makes a meaningful difference.
Please also consider making a financial donation to support the ministry of our Centers.
Participate in CWC Events
Support CWC Events
Introduce your church, business, or organization to the ministry by sponsoring one of our fundraising events. Each year, CWC hosts the Stories of Life Benefit Banquet in the fall and the Baby Bottle Blessings Campaign. You can make an impact by becoming a sponsor, attending the banquet, or hosting a Baby Bottle Blessings campaign through your church, business, or organization.
Sponsor a Baby Shower
Celebrate a new mom’s courageous choice for life.
Help provide a meaningful baby shower experience for a new mother by purchasing new baby items or donating gift cards. Our goal is to equip each mom with practical resources as she prepares to welcome her new baby. Sponsoring a baby shower is a wonderful opportunity for families, Sunday School classes, churches, businesses, and community groups to tangibly demonstrate the love of Christ. For more information, please contact Jackie Selles, Operations Director.

Overall, I’d rate this as a strong edit rather than a rewrite—about 95% of the original content remains intact. The changes primarily improve professionalism, consistency, and readability while preserving the heart of the message. I also recommend standardizing whether you refer to the ministry as Center, Centers, or CWC throughout the entire website so the terminology is consistent across all pages.
